The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Babubarhi P.S.Case No. 98 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case in which members of both sides sustained simple and superficial injury, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II,
