2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with GR (POCSO) Case No. 18/2024 arising out of Nabinagar P. S. Case No. 186/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69517 of 2024(2) dt.19-12-2024 2/2 victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she has solemnized marriage with this petitioner and they are living together as husband and wife. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in connection with GR (POCSO) Case No. 18/2024 arising out of Nabinagar P. S. Case No. 186/2023.
