The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his case for transfer.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15604 of 2017(2) dt.24-11-2017 2/2 Mr. Mukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Director, Primary Education, Respondent No.2. He submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to consider his representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law. Considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation as contained in Annexure4, if not already disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order.
