He submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to consider his representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law. Considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation as contained in Annexure4, if not already disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order.
