JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 09-04-2019 Matter has been posted at the instance of the office, who points out the discrepancy occurring in the station of respondent no. 2, the District Magistrate as well as respondent no. 4, the Excise Superintendent because memo of parties assigns them two Districts i.e. the District of Saran as well as the District of Arwal.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that the matter relates to the District of Arwal and thus he may be permitted to correct the station of respondent nos. 2 and 4 during the course of the day. While permitting learned Counsel for the petitioner to
