JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 27342 of 2017, vide order dated 12.7.2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge has been framed in this case and petitioner is in custody since 29.4.2017 and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court on him, if bail is granted. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of observation made earlier, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53728 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 District and Sessions Judge, Katihar, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 231 of 2017, arising out of Barsoi P.S.Case No. 6 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :

(1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
