The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420/467/466/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was employed as security guard at the house of Raju Gupta @ Raju Barnawal, District President of J.D. (U). The petitioner demanded his wages but the informant has been falsely implicated in this case showing false recovery of one single barrel gun. The licence is said to have been forged. Nothing has come to show that the petitioner himself forged the licence and have got the forged licence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41704 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 P2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 158/2015.
