2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the IPC and Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 27.04.2024, at about 11:00 am, the informant's daughter went to Ramgarh market but did not return home till night. When informant searched her daughter, he came to know that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter with intention to marry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68035 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 present case. He further submits that the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C has stated that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 15.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
