The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2023 in connection with Excise Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 21/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, 77 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be

Case No. 21/2023.
