Petitioner was said to be caught by the mob when he along with others were making firing. For the aforesaid occurrence, two cases were registered. First case i.e. Mirganj P.S. Case no. 46/2015 was registered under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code whereas second case is present one.

According to the prosecution case, one country made loaded katta and one live cartridge were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Mirganj P.S. Case no. 46/2015.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstance, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
