2. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to comply the order dated 16.03.2024 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj, Bihar in Appeal Case No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15639 of 2025 dt.22-09-2025 2/3 107/2024 preferred in terms with the order dated 22.12.2023 passed in CWJC No. 19725 of 2021, by which the respondent Block Employment Unit, Kuchaikot has been directed to issue employment letter within 30 days.

Prima facie, this Court has shown displeasure to the relief sought for in the present writ petition as the jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked for executing the order passed by the District Appellate Authority. However, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that notwithstanding the fact the Miscellaneous Case No. 22/2024 has been filed for execution of the order of the District Appellate Authority dated 22.12.2023 long back on 04.09.2024 but till date it has not been brought to its logical conclusion and the petitioner has been deprived from fruits of the afore noted order dated 22.12.2023.

Learned Advocate for the State submitted that the Appellate Authority is the competent to take appropriate action against the officers concerned in case of non compliance of the order/direction as provided under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.

5. Having considered the facts of the case and

Patna High Court CWJC No.15639 of 2025 dt.22-09-2025 3/3 submissions advanced, this Court, only in the interest of justice, deems it proper to direct the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj to take up the Miscellaneous Case No. 22/2024 and bring it to its logical conclusion, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed.
