The mobile sets are said to have been stolen from the shop of the informant and later on, in course of investigation, one mobile set was recovered from the shop of the petitioner. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner runs mobile repairing shop and as a matter of fact, when investigating officer contacted on the aforesaid mobile, the petitioner disclosed his name and address. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 11-11-2015.
