ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners are in custody since 31.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/342/323/325/397/379/302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against these petitioners are general and omnibus and no specific role has been attached to them at best they can be treated to be members of the crowd. It is further submitted that the petitioner are not having any criminal antecedent and are aged persons of 70 and 66 years respectively.
In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.52080 of 2017 (2) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioners have already been in custody for more that five months, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
