2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has been removed illegally without following the procedure and against the principles of natural justice and equity. When queried by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has clearly stated that the petitioner was appointed in the year 2012 for a period of five years and the said period came to an end in the year 2017. However, learned counsel has stated that because of the stigma attached with the removal, the petitioner is not being considered for other appointments or posts.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned authority for appointing him to some other post without taking into account the above order of removal and the same shall be considered on its own merits.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
