The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B),201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant in his written report alleged that the marriage of his daughter was solemnized in the year 2003. Thereafter, her in-laws demanded a sum of Rupees One Lac by way of dowry and when his daughter denied they started torturing her in several manners. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is the Gotani of the deceased, who is a widow. The petitioner is separate in mess and property from the house of the deceased. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28561 of 2015 (3) dt.01-10-2015 have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders dated 26.8.2015 and 13.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 33277/2015 and 25368/2015.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No.231/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
