JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 379, 307 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the informant that the accused persons took law in their hand, blocked the road and formed an unlawful assembly and were trying to press the neck of a lady. On intervention of the police the mob became violent and entered into scuffle with the police force.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. All the petitioners are ladies. There is no specific allegation against them. There is no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28289 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 direct allegation against the petitioners.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S.Case No.792 of 2014 (G.R.No.2819 of 2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
