Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Excise Act. Liquor was recovered from a vehicle and the people there informed that the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59730 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 connection with Excise Case No.1234 of 2019 arising out of Agion Bazar Police Station Case No.88 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
