2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions for setting aside the order/judgment dated- 07.11.2002 passed by the Respondent No. 2 151 of 2000 as in Board Revision Case No. contained in Annexure- 4 which was based on the order/judgment dated 07.11.2002 passed by the Respondent No. 2 in Board Revision

Patna High Court CWJC No.19535 of 2016(3) dt.13-01-2026 2/2 Case No. 181 of 2000, whereby and whereunder he was pleased to set aside the revision application filed by the petitioner and confirmed the order passed by the Respondent No. 3 vide order dated 20.05.2000 in Appeal Case No. 3 to 8 of 1998 and or pass any other consequential writ or writs under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that with the change of law relating to pre-emption matter, the case has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
