Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case is that brother of the informant Aslok Ram, Yogendra Ram, Anthoni Ram and the petitioner fought for some dispute when co-accused Yogendra Ram resorted to fire on the brother of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of firing is only against co-accused Yogendra Ram and the impugned order reflects that only one injury has been found by the doctor.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.37233 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera(Nalanda) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
