This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Akodhigola P.S. Case No.273 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2) and 109 of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2025.

Considering the nature of the allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.
