2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 2177 of 2022, dated 22.07.2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 147, 323, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is of having entered the house of the complainant and snatched gold ornaments of the lady. Prima facie, it is a case where the recovery will have to be effected from the petitioner. No case for anticipatory bail is made out.
5. Learned counsel submits that the Gopal Mahto has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63727 of 2022(2) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 been granted bail. However, that would not make any difference as there is the specific allegations against the petitioner.
6. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
