JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 149 of 2007 registered under Section 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24300 of 2017. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54566 of 2017 (2) dt.15-12-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub-Judge-13th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 149 of 2007, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
