The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 44 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the hut of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.04.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50995 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-VIIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Begusarai in connection with Case No. 109C2 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
