JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No.395 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections272, 273, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation of recovery of 09 liters of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he was not present at that time, as he has gone out and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned
