Learned A.P.P. does not oppose.

Upon considering the averments made in the application and submissions of learned A.P.P., the order dated 16.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44943 of 2015 is recalled and the case stands restored to its original file and number. The application stands disposed off.
