ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2019 in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1422 of 2019) registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the petitioner and petitioner has nothing to do with the sale and purchase of wine. It is further submitted the petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of
