Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saketpure P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after 5 days of the alleged occurrence. No specific allegation is alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67869 of 2022(2) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 against these petitioners.

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate VII-cum-Sub Judge VIII, Darbhanga in connection with Saketpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
