2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with the present FIR registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 20 liters of illicit country made liquor from the spot. The petitioner is in jail since 01.08.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65359 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court below, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025, subject to the condition that:- i). The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Revelganj Police Station on every Sunday of each month.

Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
