The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners executed a sale deed on 01.10.2002 in favour of Ram Babu Yadav with regard to ancestral land of informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners claim the land by virtue of an order passed under Section 106 of the B.T. Act and the other co-accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 30383 of 2014 and 12296 of 2014.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10119 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 Considering the civil nature of dispute, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 400 of 2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
