Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S.Case No.145 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 307, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, the petitioner is said to have assaulted by spade on the head of the brother of the informant. There are allegations of assault against the other accused persons and against the other accused persons there is allegation of outraging the modesty also.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to land dispute, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the injury is found to be simple in

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S.Case No.145 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
