KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 The review petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner, stating therein that she has been appointed on the post which became vacant after termination of writ petitioner from the service against which she had filed the writ petition. The writ petition was allowed after hearing the parties as a consequence of which the review petitioner who was appointed against said post her services has been terminated in order to reinstate the writ petitioner. Review petitioner has stated that without her making party and without hearing her the writ was allowed although she was a necessary party and without making her party the writ petition ought to have not been heard. Review petitioner was appointed during pendency of writ petition and any appointment made during pendency of writ petition would be subject to the outcome of the writ petition. There is no error
