The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 302 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Ramayan Singh, the husband of the petitioner, having identical allegation has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court today itself vide Cr. Misc. No.59456 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59353 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gopalganj in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, and (b) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
