2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents seeks two weeks time to ensure that amount of Gratuity, Provident Fund and Group Insurance payable to the petitioner, as claimed for in the present writ petition, has been

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the State, the District Provident Fund Officer, Patna is directed to call for the deduction statements from all the places of posting of the petitioner and ensure to make payment within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The respondent nos.2 to 5 must ensure that the concerned officers must make payment of the other retiral dues within 4 weeks.

5. In case of failure in making the payment, the petitioner has liberty to take legal action against the concerned authority.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
