The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have stolen the bag of the informant in which different articles worth Rs. 2000/- were kept. The bag was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 27.06.2015. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in Muzaffarpur Rail P.S.
