The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 380, 457 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioners entered in the house of informant, Sunil Kumar and took cash of Rs.50,000/- and ornaments, which was kept in the box.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62480 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 petitioners are agnates of the complainant-informant, who lodged the Complaint Case No. 162C of 2019 on 16.01.2019 regarding the occurrence dated 11.01.2019, which is the basis of the F.I.R. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
