The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forsest Case No.26 of 2017 registered under Sections 9 and 50 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.

The accusation is that on receiving the secret information about surrounding and chasing the deer by the villagers in between the village-Kilni and Kekra, the informant being the Vanpal reached there and found that Lala Bind was carrying the head and four legs of the deer. Thereafter, he was chased and apprehended and he disclosed the name of seven persons including the petitioner.

No.54840 of 2017 (2) dt.21-11-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the co-accused Lala Bind and nothing incriminating article has been recovered from his house. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Forest Case No.26 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
