JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. By filing this application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.119 of 2021 arising out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No.67 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.45875 of 2021 for the reasons recorded therein.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits at this stage that the petitioner has remained in custody since 27.08.2020 and the trial has yet not concluded.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, considering the gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner in which it is stated that he has killed the informant of the case when the trial was going on and at this stage the trial is on the verge of conclusion, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. His prayer is refused. This application is dismissed.
