2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 812 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R, two unknown persons killed the wife of the Sanoj Sah.

4. During investigation, it has come that petitioner is a criminal, who was hired by the husband Sanoj Sah.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
