2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 120B, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 8 of the POCSO Act has been added, registered in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No. 935 of 2022.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of abducting the daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He submitted that the marriage has been

No.68073 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 solemnized between the petitioner and the victim and they are blessed with two children to which learned counsel for the informant fairly admits the submissions made by petitioner's counsel. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.07.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-POCSO-cum-A.D.J.-VI, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 935 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
