Mr. Raghwanand, learned advocate for the State, however, submitted that the vehicle in question could not be released in favour of the petitioner only because of his fault as he never appeared before the Court with necessary documents on the strength of which vehicle could have been released.

In that view of the matter, there is no justification for keeping this contempt petition pending
