The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 28.06 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that she is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.08.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be

Case No. 401 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after her release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bonds.
