2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piribazar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant went to ATM and tried to withdraw the money but he was unable to withdraw the money then two boys who were sitting outside came inside and on the pretext of giving help, exchanged the ATM card with his ATM card and they stated that there is no money. When the informant returned to his home, he received message of Rs. 40,000/- withdrawl from his account and the same was credited in the account of one Rakesh Kumar.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2025 and has two criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in ATM fraud, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
