2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 30.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 13062 of 2017.

3. A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of OP Nos. 3 to 8, inter alia, stating that the petitioner's land had not been taken

Patna High Court MJC No.982 of 2018 dt.31-10-2018 for temporary bus stand for the year 2017 and as such the claim of the petitioner for the year 2017 has been rejected by the opposite party no. 3 vide memo no. 2723 dated 07.09.2018 (Annexure-D) and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 982 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case she is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, she may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
