2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 14.09.2017 passed in CWJC No. 6031 of 2017.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 3, Annexure-'A' whereof being an order dated 17.04.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 856 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
