2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Karaiparsurai P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner is said to be a member of gang who has looted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 02.05.2023. He further submits that name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Priyansu @ Bhurra.

5. The present F.I.R was registered against unknown, no T.I.P has been held in this case and there is no recovery from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67312 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 possession of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Karaiparsurai P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Nagarnausa (Hilsa) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
