This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Brahampur P.S. Case No.26 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with sharp weapon. He is in custody since 30.07.2025. 4.

The injury report indicates that the injury has been caused by hard and blunt object.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
