====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. D. Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General along with Mr. Ram Anurag Singh, learned Central Government Counsel for the respondents.

2. After hearing the parties, the Court is satisfied that the admitted post retiral benefits have been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner and for which authority has also been issued.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.96 of 2016 (6) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 off.

4. The Court expects that in terms of Annexure-J, which is copy of the Competent Authority sanctioning the payment of the dues, the State Bank of India, Asarganj Branch, in the district of Munger shall make payment without any delay and latest within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before the concerned Branch Manager.

5. For the purpose of convenience, let the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Asarganj Branch, in the district of Munger be impleaded as respondent no. 6. He is directed to comply with the order. Necessary correction be made in the cause title of the writ petition by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
