2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint P.S. Case No. 790C of 2006 instituted under under Sections 376 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 19.10.2006 by the complainant, Fatima Khatoon.

3. Prosecution story dates back to year 2006 and has been lodged under Section 376 of the IPC among other. In 2007 the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected. 16 years later the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed, the same is accordingly rejected.

4. The concerned Court shall submit a report what was the steps taken by it to ensure that the petitioner faces trial.
