The petitioners being the wives of the brothers of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after seven years of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is not specific against the petitioners and as per own admission of the informant the case does not come under the purview of Section 304(B) of the I.P.C.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6918 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2 / 2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Sasaram (Agrer)P.S. Case No. 407 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
