JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2025 Heard Mr. Mr. Vijay Srivastva, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant and Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined the enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may
