JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413,414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Keeping in view the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I do not find inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of bail at present. The prayer for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner is rejected.

However, keeping in mind the nature of allegation, I would direct the Court below to expedite the trial and make all efforts to conclude the trial within six months from the date of

If the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner above named shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
